  I purchased a property of Heron at the start of 2017 and I'm very disappointed in the quality and after sale service I have received.
  For example: 5 to 10 mm gaps in the hallway cupboard and not screwed into the wall probably.
  No drain hole in plumbing for dishwasher.
  Incorrect hole drill in vanity for plumbing covered up with a square piece of plastic.
  5mm gaps in shower between tiles and shower screen and gaps around bottom of toilet so when water leaked out of shower it went down back of toilet and leaked through the roof down stairs.
  Windows not sealed probably 2mm gaps all around them and missing seals for windows
  Locks don't work on front door security screen door not hung properly ect.
  The list goes on and on, I have decided to fix these things my self because of the lack of after sale service I have received.
  I would not recommend Heron to anyone looking to buy a house and I would never buy one again every where u look there is dodgy workmanship
  And rushed work building my house
  I'm very disappointed considering I paid top dollar for this place
